The Higher Certificate in Culinary Skills an ideal course for those who wish to progress their culinary knowledge with the practical knowledge of how to run a modern-day culinary enterprise. The scope of the programme covers customer service, operations, and management of hotel, restaurant, food production, and food retail enterprises in a modern dynamic business environment.

The aim of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for a career in a professional cookery environment.
