Letterkenny man Tom Giblin kindly opened his gates last month in a bid to raise funds for charities in Donegal and nationwide with his live animal Nativity stable.
Tom, who lives in Lisnenan, has been raising funds for 16 worthy charities at a much needed time of the year and now is the last chance to visit and help out before the 6th of January.
And with this fantastic Christmas lights display, along with the incredible Nativity scene, he hopes to help those in need.
“It offers an opportunity to celebrate and reflect on the Nativity story over the coming weeks,” Tom told Donegal Daily before opening.
“I would hope many families and groupings will come and enjoy this festive scene and also donate to the many different beneficiaries.”
Some of the charities include: Children’s Ward Letterkenny University Hospital, Little Blue Heroes Donegal, Bumbleance Donegal, Jack & Jill Foundation, ISPCA Donegal and Donegal Down Syndrome. All others are shown below.
The stable includes two miniature pigs, a miniature donkey and foal, a mini pony, three mini goats, and their kids and opens daily from 9am to 11pm until the 6th of January.
A full sized Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus complete the amazing Nativity scene.
