A Donegal man competed against some of the world’s strongest men at the 2023 Australia’s Strongest International competition in Australia last weekend.

Culdaff native Sean Gillen, who lives in Australia, finished in 7th in the competition held in the town of Yapeen in Victoria.

It gathered Strongman athletes from all around the world, including up-and-coming Canadian star Mitchell Hooper, who won the whole competition, including four of the five events.
