Money stolen after break-in to delicatessen in Buncrana

Gardaí are investigating a burglary that occurred at a business premises in the Milltown Business Park in Buncrana.

The burglary occurred at the delicatessen premises between 6pm on Tuesday the 24th of January and 10am on Wednesday the 25th.

The rear door to the premises was broken in and entry was gained.

A sum of money was stolen from the property.

A Garda spokesperson said “We appeal to anybody who may have observed suspicious activity in or around the Milltown Business Park between those dates/times to contact Gardaí in Buncrana on 074-9320540.

“If anybody has any relevant information in relation to this incident, we ask them to contact us. The Garda Confidential line may be reached on 1800 666 111.”
