Cullinane Steele Architects is a niche design-led practice based in Letterkenny, County Donegal, specialising mainly in bespoke homes, house extensions/renovations.
We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join the practice.
You will work closely with the principal architect on all stages of a project from inception, planning and construction.
We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, experience in residential /domestic projects with a passion for good design, and that will be an integral member of the practice.
The ideal candidate should have the following level of experience:
- Min 2 years experience
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong in technical and construction detailing
- Experience in the preparation of construction drawings and documentation
- Working knowledge of the Planning Regulations, Building Regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
- Sketchup skills an advantage
