Retail Assistant
We are currently recruiting for sales assistants to join our team in our store in Shona Court, Newtowncunningham.
Role responsibilities
- To operate within the store efficiently. To always ensure customer satisfaction
with the highest standards of service and products. - Operate tills — Cash Handling.
- Merchandise and replenish stock.
- Ensure all goods/promotions are priced correctly.
- Assist with deliveries and stock handling.
- Undertake cleaning duties as required.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in a retail setting or in a similar working environment, but full training will be provided.
- Be highly motivated.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Have exceptional level of customer service.
- Be flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Store Supervisor
We are currently looking for a professional customer service oriented store supervisor.
- To oversee daily operations between our two stores, ‘Callaghans Gleneely’ and ‘Shona Court Newtowncunningham’
- You will supervise the operational and organizational standards of our stores.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in store displays.
- Inspire, lead, and motivate staff members
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.
- Follow and comply with all Health and Safety measures.
- Assist in training new team members.
