Students and staff at ATU Donegal have been advised that the university campus will delay opening until 10am this Friday morning.

The measure was taken to allow for affected roads to be treated following overnight snow.

Road users are being urged to take care due to snow and icy conditions.

Met Eireann has since downgraded its Status Orange ice alert for Donegal to Status Yellow.
