Gweedore singer co-presents edgy new music show

Gweedore singer songwriter Eve Belle Murtagh is at the helm of a new music show that shines a light on some of the most talented and diverse musicians in Ireland today.

Eve, best known as Eve Belle, co-hosts Buille on TG4, which is coming onto our TV screens this Sunday.

Filmed in front of a live audience in the iconic Dolan’s in Limerick Eve Belle and Cian McCarthy showcase an eclectic mix of top-tier performances, from hip hop to jazz, rock to R&B. Soda Blonde, Hermitage Green and The Riptide Movement are just some of the acts in the line-ups. Megan Nic Ruairí is from Rann na Feirste features in the final episode of the six-part series. 

Cian McCarthy & Eve Belle

Eve Belle and Cian will be having Intimate chats in the Upstairs @ Dolan’s space with artists, and presenting exclusive and bespoke acoustic performances to give insights into performers’ lives, loves and musical processes – and everything in between.

Speaking about the series, Eve told fans: “This was an absolute honour to be part of and to be completely honest, I never thought I’d have the confidence to do something like this, so I’m very proud of myself and thankful to the AMAZING team who made this happen, especially to @ciananseo who is a certified legend!!

“Bígí linn De Domhnaigh ar feadh tunes, chats agus craic den scoth.”

Buille will be broadcast on TG4 from Sunday, 16th April at 10:30pm for 6 weeks. All 6 episodes go out on the TG4 player from 16th April.
