Cash stolen from vacant home in Killybegs

Cash and claw bars have been reported stolen from a house in Killybegs last month.

A vacant home in Meenglicarry was targetted sometime between Thursday 20th April and Wednesday 26th April.

The front door of the property was forced open and the kitchen window of the house was also smashed.

A small amount of cash was taken. During the course of the incident, the shed door at the property was also forced open and two claw bars were stolen.

Gardai are appealing to anyone with information or who may witnessed any suspicious activity in the area to contact them at Ballyshannon Garda Station on +353 71 9858530
