Gardaí are appealing for information following a hit-and-run collision in Bridgend last week.

The incident was reported at the Manorstown Crossroads in the border village on Tuesday 25th April at 7.30pm.

No one was hurt, but significant damage was caused in the crash.

It’s reported that one car failed to yield at the crosswords and collided with an oncoming car. The car which failed to remain at the scene is described as a small black coloured car which was travelling from Burt to Derry. The car was driven onwards in the direction of Derry.

Gardaí are appealing for any information or dashcam footage from the time of the collision to be reported to Buncrana Garda Station on 0749320540.
