The Mary’s Meals charity will be hosting an auction in Convoy on Saturday the 27th of May.
People are being encouraged to donate gifts or items that are no longer used, vintage or antique items, as long as they are in good condition.
Mary’s Meals is an International School Feeding Charity that provides hungry children with one daily meal in a place of education in areas where hunger and poverty often stand in the way of education.
They currently feed over 2.4 million children every school day, at an average cost of just €22 for a whole school year.
