The business is operated by the famous O’Hehirs Family, who are baking since 1984. At their craft bakery in Sligo, they produce the most deliciously nutritious breads and indulgent confectionary that is supplied fresh every morning to Letterkenny. All the much loved traditional breads are available along with some more contemporary breads and of course the local favourite.
