Gardaí are appealing for information after a Hitachi digger’s windows were smashed off the Port Road in Letterkenny.
The incident happened between Friday 9th June at 4pm and Saturday 10th June at 10am.
The digger had been parked in a field overnight and when the owner returned the following morning he discovered that the back and side windows had been smashed.
There is a roadway down the side of the Port House and this is how access is gained to the field in which the digger had been
parked.
Gardaí are asking anybody who may have observed any suspicious activity in that area between June 9th and 10th to make contact with Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074-9167100.
