Gardaí are investigating a collision outside Gortahork in the early hours of this Sunday morning.
The N56 was closed for a period following the single-vehicle crash at 1.50am.
Eye witnesses report seeing an ESB pole down on the road at the scene.
Gardaí have confirmed that no injuries were reported from the incident.
“Investigations are ongoing,” a statement said.
