Maxi Curran has resigned from his role as the Donegal Senior Ladies Team manager.
It comes in the wake of Donegal’s heavy defeat to Dublin in the All-Ireland quarter-final yesterday.
Curran has been a huge servant to the ladies game in the county in recent years.
The Donegal LGFA tonight thanked Curran for his time and commitment to the Donegal team.
In a statement in the past hour the Donegal LGFA said “It is with regret that Donegal LGFA County Board announce that Maxi Curran has stepped away from his role as Donegal Senior Ladies Manager.
“We would like to thank Maxi for his time, commitment, and dedication to Donegal Ladies Football over the past 6 years and wish him well in the future.”
