Lady Captain’s Day
Lady Captain Siobhan Bogues’ Captain’s Day was held on Friday 11th August. The day was fantastic and even the weather behaved for the most part!
The main 18-Hole competition was hotly contested with Olivia Moore coming out on top, with a great score of 40 pts. Lady Captain Siobhan’s visitors also took part in a 14-Hole competition which was won by Maggie Foy.
The club would like to give a big thanks to all the people who made Lady Captain’s Day the success; Cathy and Leanne for the wonderful food. Mary, James, Lucas and Connor in the office, shop and bar. The Greenkeepers for keeping the course in such fabulous condition. All the ladies who brought goodies for the afternoon tea & flowers for the beautiful displays around the club. Steve Sweet and Nigel Doherty who took some great photos. And, last but by no means least, Lady Captain Siobhan Bogues for the great day and wonderful prizes.
