A series of road resurfacing works will take place in the centre of Letterkenny this week.
However, the works will take place in the evenings between 7pm and 7am in a bid to avoid traffic jams.
As a result of the works the R229 Ramelton Rd in Letterkenny between the Station Roundabout and the Oatfield Roundabout will be closed at night time between 7pm and 7am on Tuesday the 29th, Wednesday the 30th, Thursday 31st & Friday, 1st of September.
The Ramelton Road between the Oatfield Roundabout and the Ballyraine Roundabout will be limited to access only for the same time periods.
Traffic diversions will be in place.
The bus stop will be temporarily relocated to the the front of Gleneany House on the Port Road during these periods.
Donegal County Council apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
