A number of people have died in another tragic road crash in Co Tipperary this evening.
The single-vehicle collision happened earlier this evening near Cashel.
Gardai have confirmed a number of people have died as a result of the crash.
“Initial indications are that there are a number of persons deceased,” a spokesperson said.
“An Garda Síochána is not in a position to provide further information at this time as Gardaí and other emergency services continue their work at the scene.”
The families of the deceased are currently being informed of the tragedy.
Sadly, it comes just a few days after four young people lost their lives in the town of Clonmel while travelling to a leaving cert celebration.
