‘Move 2 The Beat’ programme returns to Falcarragh

Donegal fitness instructor Ciara McVeigh-Lunn is back with another music-based exercise class.

The second ‘Move 2 The Beat’ progamme, which will be delivered by Donegal Sports Partnership in conjunction with Mná Eascarrach, Falcarragh, commences on Tuesday, September 12th at 11 am.

The six-week programme will run every Tuesday from 11 am to 12 noon at Ionad Naomh Fionnán, Falcarragh located next to the fire station.

The progamme is ideal for those over 50 who would like to have fun while enjoying music from the 70s, 80s and 90s. Each session will conclude with a cup of tea and a chat. No dance experience is needed. All participants have to do is turn up and move.

Donegal Sports Partnership extends its thanks to Corman from Ionad Naomh Fionnán for facilitating the programme which is fully inclusive and open to all abilities.
