Met Eireann has issued a warning to the Donegal public to be aware of falling trees and branches today.
It comes as a Yellow Alert wind warning was issued by the national forecaster up until 1pm today.
The warning, which is just for Donegal, came into effect at 8am this morning.
An alert message from Met Eireann warns “West to southwest winds will be very strong and gusty.
“The potential impacts include a chance of falling branches/trees and loose debris blowing around as well as difficult driving conditions.”
