Members of the emergency services, including the ambulance service, Gardaí and a Coast Guard helicopter were involved in rescuing a man from Lough Salt mountain this afternoon.
A man in his thirties, who was injured while climbing and required assistance, was airlifted to Letterkenny University Hospital after emergency crews helped him get off the mountain.
It’s believed the man suffered non-life threatening injuries and is currently being treated at LUH.
