The Irish School of Reflexology & Wellness is happy to offer a New Term of their Practitioner’s Diploma in Foot Reflexology in March 2024. A programme of online holistic courses is also open for enrolment with a variety of courses beginning in November 2023.

New Term of the Diploma In Foot Reflexology begins 02/03rd of March 2024, at Jackson’s Hotel, Ballybofey, Co Donegal.

If you are looking to start an exciting new career in the holistic field, join the new term of our Practitioner’s Diploma in Foot Reflexology this March.

This is an amazing opportunity to learn the original Eunice Ingham’s reflexology method of treating ill health.

The benefits of Reflexology are endless. It can be safely used on children, the elderly and people undergoing cancer treatment.

Reflexology is an ancient form of natural healing method based on the principle that there are points and reflexes in the feet that relate to all organs and parts of the body. It works by simply applying gentle pressure to points located on the feet.

The demand of this holistic therapy is growing. At the ISRW we provide professional training in traditional Reflexology that enables students to build their own successful practice or add to their existing health care practice.

Irish School of Reflexology and Wellness

Some of the modules on offer include:

● How to use Reflexology to work on specific illness and conditions as well as on the whole body
● How to set up your own Reflexology practice
● Anatomy and physiology
● Nutrition and healthy habits
● How to interact with patients and manage their care

The school is affiliated with the NRRI (National Register of Reflexologists Ireland) and fully accredited.
At the end of the year, students will take exams to earn their Diploma in Traditional Foot Reflexology. Students are supported with regular assessments, practice and homework to provide them with the knowledge to succeed.

This course runs one full weekend per month, for 12 months.

12 weeks Meditation and Mindfulness Course for the Practitioner (NRRI Accredited) Wednesday 22nd November. Online, live and recorded classes

Meditation

This course is designed to give students a comprehensive insight into the concepts, principles and techniques that underpin mindfulness and meditation practices.

It is ideal for those wishing to incorporate meditation and stress management techniques into their complementary therapy and holistic healing practices. The course is also applicable to students without a complementary therapy background, who may have an interest in the subjects of mindfulness and meditation and would like to learn more about these self-management strategies.

This course runs one evening per week for 2.5 hours, for 12 weeks. Register at: www.isrw.ie

8 weeks Chakra Healing and Alignment for the Practitioner – Thursday 23rd November. ONLINE

Chakra Healing

The online course explains the concept of energy; its forms, flow and symptoms of obstruction. Energy channels are also examined and the student will learn about the principles of chakra balance and alignment.

The course then looks at each of the 7 chakra points in detail and associated body parts, colours, elements, emotions and more as we ascend through the system. Students will also learn ways to open, balance and align each chakra that can be applied to practice or in their own personal life or as part of a holistic healing program.

This extended course is CPD accredited on completion of 1 case study and is an intricate journey through the ancient Chakra System. The course begins by tracing the origins of the system back to traditional yogic traditions, which we will also introduce – alongside other beliefs and practices from around the world.
We complete the course by looking at the Chakra System as a modern tool for self-development and holistic healing.

This course is suitable for anyone, but might appeal more to those who have a basic knowledge of and interest in the system. It is ideal for those with a career in holistic health, complementary therapies, yoga, meditation and energy healing. The content should also be of interest to those who are interested in spirituality, ancient cultures, practices and belief systems.

This course runs online one evening per week for 2 hours, for 8 weeks.
