Job Title: Administrator
Location: Killybegs, Co. Donegal
Position Type: Part/Full-time position available

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to ensure the efficient operation of the organisation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be proficient with office software applications, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Management of weekly payroll information.
  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly management accounts.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, staff training, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle data entry and record-keeping tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to management.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Assist in managing staff schedules and assignments.
  • Work with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
