Job Vacancy: Accounts Administrator / Credit Controller (hybrid) sought by technology firm Kelsius

Kelsius manufactures, distributes and maintains a system that wirelessly and automatically monitors the temperature and safety of all food products, both hot and cold, as well as medicines, blood samples and other temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical material.

Due to continued growth, Kelsius is recruiting for the role of Accounts Administrator/Credit Controller. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance function of the business in a role reporting to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the processing of invoicing and undertake account and statement reconciliations
  • Oversee collections on allocated debtors ledger, resolving customer invoice queries in a timely manner and meet collections targets
  • Analysing, reconciling, and posting all credit card payments to the relevant expense headings
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports supporting the finance team producing month-end management accounts
  • Maintaining of online and paper finance department filing systems
  • Other duties as may be deemed suitable from time to time such as ad hoc projects

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Accounting Software (SAGE an advantage)
  • Credit control experience
  • A high standard numeracy accuracy and attention to detail, possessing excellent administration skills 
  • Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication, organisation and time management skills with ability to deal with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
