Green light for 45 new houses in north Donegal

Donegal County Council has given the green light for 45 new houses in Ramelton.

Glenmac Developments Ltd was granted permission, with conditions, as part of the completion of previously approved housing estate at Ballyboe.

The proposed development will include construction of 45 dwellings and all associated site works, connection of the foul sewer to existing network on site, including foul effluent pump station.

The permission also includes the existing access through Coylin Court housing estate and proposed pedestrian/cycle link to Bank Terrace Road.
