This dramatic footage of a burning car driving on a footpath around a Letterkenny roundabout has gone viral.
The incident occurred in the Carnamuggagh area of the town yesterday morning.
It is believed the fire was caused by an electrical fault and, luckily, no one was injured.
The local Fire Brigade arrived on the scene a short time later. However, the car was completely burned out after coming to a halt on the Windyhall road.
