Fourteen migrants have been discovered hidden inside a refrigerated trailer at Rosslare Harbour.

The discovery was made at the Wexford port on Monday morning following a search of a vehicle arriving on a ferry from France.

The group of people, including twelve adults and two female children, are reportedly in good health after undergoing medical checks.

RTE News reports that the migrants are of Kurdish and Vietnamese nationalities.

Investigations into the incident are ongoing, gardaí said.
