Number of items stolen during south Donegal burglary

A number of items were stolen during a burglary at a house in south Donegal.

Gardaí in Ballyshannon are investigating the incident that occurred in Murvagh in the early hours of yesterday between 12.55am and 1.25am. The burglary took place at a home near the local golf club. Entry was gained to a building via a rear window and damage was then caused to internal doors. A list of what may have been stolen is being compiled. 

Gardaí have appealed to anybody who travelled in that area and who may have observed any suspicious vehicles or activity to make contact with Gardaí in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530.

“If anybody was in the Murvagh area between Midnight and 2am on that date who had a dash cam, we ask them to please make the footage available to Gardaí,” said Sergeant Eunan Walsh.
