Gardaí are currently at the scene of an accident in the Rossnowlagh area.

A single-vehicle crash happened on the R231 road, between Ballyshannon and Ballintra at approximately 1:15 this afternoon.

There were two occupants in the vehicle, and Gardaí say no serious injuries have been reported at this time.

However the road is currently closed, with local diversions in place at the scene.
