A raft of additional weather warnings have been issued by Met Éireann for next week, as another cold snap is set to hit.
A snow and ice warning has been issued for County Donegal, which is currently set to begin on Monday evening.
Met Éireann say that scattred wintry showers will give way to more widespread sleet or snow for a time overnight on Monday night, with the potential for small accumulations of snow to develop.
That warning is in place for the county until 11am on Tuesday morning.
A similar warning has also been issued for the entirety of Northern Ireland.
Additionally, a weather advisory has been issued across the country, as Met Éireann says that “arctic air” will bring hazardous wintry conditions for most of the next week.
Sharp to severe frost is expected, as well as ice on roads and the ongoing potential for sleet and snow in parts as well.
The national weather advisory is in place until Friday afternoon.
