McElhinney & Associates Solicitors, Stranorlar are looking for a full time Legal Secretary.
Applicants should possess the following:
- A high proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast pace legal environment.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive legal information and client matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, legal professionals, and team members.
The role will have the following key responsibilities:
- Document management
- Calendar and schedule management
- Client interaction
- Drafting
- Court filings
- Administration support
Training will be provided.
Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9.15 a.m. to 5.15p.m. and Friday 9.15a.m. to 4.00p.m.
