Substantial quantity of cigarettes stolen in Ballyshannon

Gardaí are appealing for information following the theft of a substantial quantity of cigarettes during a burglary in Ballyshannon. 

The incident occurred at a business premises on the Assaroe Road in the early hours of Friday, February 2.

At approximately 4.15am, the front door of the premises on the Bundoran road was smashed and entry was gained. 

“We appeal to anybody who may have travelled in the area around that time who had a dash cam to make the footage available to Gardaí,” Sergeant Eunan Walsh said.
