An appeal is underway to find a missing chicken in the Woodlands/Ramelton Road area of Letterkenny.
The chicken, named Sharon, has been missing since last week from her home near Woodlands NS.
Her owners have searched extensively for her without success and are hoping another kind hearted chicken owner or animal lover might have taken her in to care for her.
“She goes by the name of Sharon and her sister Ruth is missing her terribly,” said owner Michael Mulhern.
