Burtonport schoolboy Michael Gallagher will never forget his trip to Old Trafford earlier this month. Not only did he witness Manchester United return to winning ways in the Premier League, but he also got to meet Fred the Red!

Michael, aged 11, was joined by his big brother Kyle and dad Anthony for the special day on Saturday 9th March. The Reds secured a 2-0 victory over Everton, making it an even more memorable experience.

The Gallaghers got to celebrate Bruno Fernandes becoming United’s all-time leading scorer. Fernandes opened the scoring in the 12th minute, setting the tone for a fantastic day for the family.
