Anam Cara are hosting their monthly meeting in Donegal next week for bereaved parents.

The charity supports parents who have lost a child, with resources being made available to help those who have been bereaved.

On Thursday 9th May, Anam Cara will hold their monthly Donegal meeting in The Radisson Hotel, Letterkenny at 7:15pm. All bereaved parents in the area are welcome.

Registration is not required for the event, and you can arrive on the evening. Anam Cara can be contacted on 085 28 88 888 or by email at info@anamcara.ie for any additional information or resources.

Operations Manager for Anam Cara Leanne Milligan commented that “it is hard to believe we are now approaching May – the year for us is going fast! Our year is broken down into events for bereaved parents from in-person support meetings to our family days in Barretstown, along with many other events that occur each month, both face to face and online. None of this would be possible without the support from those that fundraise for us, the media who promote these events and the generosity of the Irish public. We look forward to brighter days in the weeks ahead but are acutely aware that the summer days can be long for those bereaved.”
