Plans are to be submitted to Donegal County Council for 36 new houses in Milford.
PJD Construction London Ltd is intending to apply for permission for the works at Lough Fern Heights.
The proposed development will consist of semi-detached two storey town houses and two terrace blocks of six dwellings each.
