Daniel Wiffen has won a gold medal for Ireland at the Paris Olympics.
The Armagh swimmer smashed the 800m Freestyle final with a new Olympic record of 7:38.19.
Wiffen is the first athlete from Northern Ireland to win an Olympic gold medal since 1988.
This is also Ireland’s first Olympic medal in any men’s swimming event.
