The Donegal Half Marathon has raised €2,000 for the Donegal Hospice from last year’s event.
Pictured above is the Donegal Half Marathon Ambassador, Danny McDaid, presenting a cheque to Isobel Rodgers from Donegal Hospice.
Also included are Barry Daly and Bridgeen Moore from the Kernan Retail Group, the main sponsor of the event.
This year’s Donegal Half Marathon takes place in Letterkenny on Sunday, August 25th.
The Donegal Half Marathon is a community event which is supported by local groups, clubs, organisations and individuals.
Around 500 people are expected to take part in this month’s race which is celebrating ten years.
