Letterkenny Gardaí are appealing for information in relation to a suspected assault in the town last week.
The incident occurred on the High Road in the early hours of Wednesday, September 25, sometime between approximately 3.30am and 3.40am.
Gardaí were alerted to reports that a man was injured at the location near the County Museum (main pic) and an ambulance was called. He was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital to receive treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
Gardaí are appealing to anybody who was in the area and who may have witnessed what occurred to make contact with Letterkenny Garda Station on 074-9167100.
If anybody travelled on the High Road with a dash cam between 3.15am and 3.45am that morning, they are also asked to make the footage available.
