A community appeal has been issued for a missing working sheepdog named Jack.

The dog disappeared from his home in West Derryreel, Falcarragh, County Donegal, last night (Tuesday).

The dog is a much-loved companion of an elderly farmer.

Local residents are being asked to be on the lookout for Jack and to share the information with their friends and neighbours.

If you have seen Jack, please contact Donegal Daily ( info@donegaldaily.com ) and we will pass it on.
