We are looking to recruit individuals who are passionate about delivering high service standards into our Food and Beverage Team. Breakfast and dinner shifts available to work across our busy outlets. Breakfast shifts are from 8am – 2pm, evening shifts are from 3pm – 11pm. Full and part-time positions available.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen promptly and accurately
- Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained at all times
- Set up, clear and promptly service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated in a timely manner
- Ensure the restaurant areas are clean and well presented at all times and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required
- Prepare all back of house service points with regard to expected numbers for breakfast, lunch or dinner requirements as necessary
- Assist in the set up and preparation, and provide service duties for functions as required
- Support the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Ensure that all front of house and guest areas are well maintained at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the workplace
- Any other duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager or other member of the management team
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages and work past 10pm
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
- Must perform well in fast-paced environment
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
- Ability to be well organized, and provide service to multiple guests within any given period of time, ability to focus on details
