Guards from the Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit arrested a driver last night on suspicion of drug driving after they had tested positive for cocaine and cannabis.
The car had no insurance and the tax was out for over a year. It was seized.
Fixed Charge Penalty Notices and a trip to court will follow.
