Convoy youth Callum McMenamin, won double gold medals at the recent National Gymnastic Series, in the Men’s Artistic National Series – Level 3, held recently on the 3rd November 2024.

Callum took Gold in the individual disciplines of Parallel Bars & High Bars, and he also took a Silver medal in the Vault.

Callum had already won four gold medals for individual events, in the same event series held earlier in the year in May 2024 at the same venue.

Meanwhile, Drumkeen youth Séan Power, also took Silver medal on the Rings & Bronze in the Vault discipline, in the same division, but also won a Gold & a Bronze medal as part of the mens Men’s Artistic Team event held earlier in the day.

A large cohort of male and female Donegal competitors had a great showing for themselves and their county at the National Gymnastic event overall.

All the competitors train out of Citadel Gymnastics, which is located in Oldtown in Letterkenny.
