Donegal County Council has signed two contracts to design and build social houses in Carndonagh and Gleneely.

Twenty-one units will be built at Barrack Hill Carndonagh and a further ten are in the pipeline for Carn Road Gleneely.

The contractor, Lowry Construction Ltd, will undertake these developments.

These much-anticipated developments have already commenced their design stages, with on-site construction works to commence in February 2025. These developments will provide high-quality, sustainable homes for 31 families in the extended Carndonagh and Gleneely areas.
