Tatjana Erinc, Accommodation Supervisor at Harvey’s Point has been announced as the 2024/2025 Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) Donegal Branch ‘Employee of the Year’.

The announcement was made at an awards lunch at Mulroy Woods Hotel, where guests gathered to celebrate and recognise nominees from hotels and guesthouses across Donegal who have made an outstanding contribution to their workplace.

IHF Donegal Branch Chair, Aisling Arnold, said the judges highlighted Tatjana’s ability to consistently deliver outstanding service to guests and her leadership and passion for hospitality have made a lasting impact on both her colleagues and guests.

Tatjana has worked at the award-winning Harvey’s Point Hotel for over 14 years and goes ‘above and beyond’ for guests and is known for her superb attention to detail. Her colleagues say that “Tatjana’s approachable demeanour and proactive problem-solving inspire trust and cooperation, creating a cohesive work environment that enhances overall guest satisfaction”.

The members of the IHF Donegal Branch now wish Tatjana the very best of luck as she goes on to represent them at the upcoming National IHF Employee of the Year Awards which will be held during the IHF’s Annual Conference at the Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney in late February.

The IHF Donegal Branch extends its gratitude to the expert judging panel of Joan Crawford (Fáilte Ireland) and Moragh Canney (Atlantic Technological University) who had the difficult job of selecting a winner from the nominees.
