Claddagh ring, cash and car keys stolen from Twin Towns house

Gardaí are appealing for information after a Claddagh ring, cash and car keys were stolen from Twin Towns house last week.

The burglary occurred at Meetinghouse Street (Letterkenny road), Stranorlar on Wednesday, January 29, between 1am and 7.30am. A house at that location was entered and ransacked between those times.

A gold Claddagh ring, a sum of cash and two VW Passat car keys were stolen from the house. A door and a window were left open by the intruder/s. No damage had been caused in order to gain entry. 

“We appeal to anyone who may have observed suspicious activity in that area between the above times to contact Gardaí in Letterkenny on 074 9167100,” Garda Sergeant Charlene Anderson said.
