A tinted window and a number of other items were stolen from a caravan parked outside a house in south Donegal last month.

The incident occurred in the area of Kilmacreddan, Inver, sometime between New Year’s Day and the 25th of January.

A caravan had been parked in the driveway of a derelict house in that area and it was burgled between those dates.

The owner of the caravan called to check on it on January 25 th in case it had been damaged by the storm the previous day only to discover what had occurred. The door to the caravan had been

forced open in order to gain entry. All of the cushions and upholstery had been stolen from within. Also stolen was a tinted washroom window, a rear off side light unit and a leisure battery.

Gardaí are appealing to anybody who may have relevant information and who may be in a position to assist with this investigation to make contact with Ballyshannon Garda Station on 0719858530.

The Garda Confidential Line may also be contacted on 1800 666 111.
