It was a glorious morning for Donegal’s “Walk in the Park for Parkinson’s” in Letterkenny’s Bernard McGlinchey Town Park on Saturday.

A large number of people came along to support people living with Parkinson’s Disease and to help raise awareness.

The  Parkinson’s Ireland North West Branch issued a special word of thanks to their sponsor Dovida Ireland, especially the staff from the Letterkenny office who were there to offer help and support.

Refreshments were provided in the Mount Errigal Hotel after the walk.

“Our thanks to the management and staff for looking after us so well,” said the branch.

“For further details on our services log on to parkinsons.ie or call the Freephone number 1800359359.”
