The Raymochy Historical Society (Manorcunningham) will host a talk by local journalist and broadcaster, Mary Harte, next Sunday.

The lecture is titled “A journalist’s working in the troubles” where she will reflect on her experiences working with the BBC Northern Ireland for almost 30 years, covering the ‘Troubles’ and the transition through to the Peace Process.

The event will be held in the Resource Centre, Main Street, Manorcunningham, at 2.30pm, and everyone is welcome to come along.

Tea and refreshments will be served afterwards.
