The price of residential properties in Donegal increased by 7% in the year to March, according to latest figures from the CSO.
The median price for a property in the county is now €190,000, up from €177,000 during the same period in 2023.
Within Donegal, the median house price is highest at €210,000 in the Letterkenny eircode (F92) area. This was followed by Donegal (F94) at €200,000 and Lifford (F93) at €162,500.
Nationally, house prices rose 7.5% in the 12 months leading up to March.
